Recently I've been looking into getting my hands on a good bright pink lipstick. I bought one from MUA that I reviewed here, and wasn't too impressed when it was glossy and sheer, when I expected like the other MUA lipsticks I have: a glossy yet opaque application. I've always loved bright lipsticks but never thought with my Olive skinned complexion I could pull it off super-bright colours until I tried Miss Sporty in Bubble Gum which is an bright orange coral colour. It really looks lovely on and though bright looking, it applies opaque and blends with the lip tone very well. And after having this one for a while I decided to shy away from baby pinks and go give the pop pink a try.
I grabbed this one cheap from Tesco's own brand - Vivo called Wow Pink and for only £1.99 I knew I wouldn't be wasting too much money. When I first applied it I was amazed as the colour on the stick slicked on to my lips, opaque and colour perfect. As bright as I wanted it, and as perfectly applied as I could ask. I wore this out on Saturday night to my mum's birthday dinner at G Casino and I only re-applied once when I popped into the ladies as you do. But most the colour had stayed on through dinner and when I got home it was only just fading. It looks really good on, and I was surprised at how much I loved a Tesco beauty product! I would 100% recommend this if you want a bright pink, and I definitely want to try a vampy purple one I spotted when I come back :)
